REFUND POLICY

Due to the perishable nature of food products:

Refunds are not available once food preparation has started.

Catering deposits are strictly non-refundable.

If there is an issue with an order, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days via the original payment method.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds where products have been consumed or improperly stored.
