By placing an order with JFOOD, customers agree to these Terms.
Services Provided
JFOOD provides:
Event Catering
Wedding & Corporate Catering
Private Catering
Meal Plans (Fitbox)
Food Delivery Services
Orders & Payments
All orders must be paid in advance unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Catering bookings require a 30% non-refundable deposit to secure the event date.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 10 days before the event.
Payments are processed via Stripe, bank transfer or approved providers.
Prices are listed in GBP (£).
VAT is included where applicable.
Cancellations
Meal Plans (Fitbox):
Orders may be cancelled up to 48 hours before preparation begins.
Catering Services:
Deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations within 7 days of the event may be subject to full charge.
Allergens
Food is prepared in a kitchen handling common allergens including nuts, gluten, dairy, eggs and others.
Customers must inform us of any allergies before ordering.
We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only.
We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or third-party couriers.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
